PAS threaten to ban Rihanna's concert!

Um, honestly,
as i said it many times before,
Beyonce's, Gwen Stefani's, Avril Lavigne's etc,
and now, Rihanna.

Apparently, PAS is trying hard to ban
Rihanna's Good Girl Gone Bad tour in Kuala Lumpur
next month, citing that it's an insult to eastern culture.
(What the fuck they know about culture?!)

Guess what?
On top of obscene clothing and being too sexy and stuff,
those crackheads manage to add one more
brainless excuse for their intention of banning the concert.
The war between the Israel and Gaza Strip.

These Islamic morons are either stupid
or has too many time on their hands to be wasted for
they are constantly trying to ban everything.

Onto another sad case,
apparently, Taliban's are trying hard to eliminate girl's school
in Islamabad. I mean, do they live in the stone age or what?

There are many reasons why people are afraid of Islamic follower.
Friends and lecturers of mine expresses their fear on
Islamic follower when they heard that i am from an Islamic country.

According to history, Islam is associated with many great civilization and culture,
but it seems Islam is more popular for being violent and bloody.

Not that i have anything against the religion,
but, i doubt Allah asked his followers to kill to show devoutness.

I do feel sad for those civilians who lost their lives under the fire of the Gaza bombing,
but, i wonder if some radical, insane religious freaks in their country are the ones
who are responsible for bringing this upon themselves by provoking others
in the first place.

WTF?!

I was thoroughly baffled and speechless when i received this email. I mean, WTF?!
There are more of these, each worse than the others.
My God, how shallow these people are.
Or should i say, STUPID!

As you may know, the world is in a suck-y situation these days,
and i have faith in you to change them all for the better.

War, famine, economic crisis etc, you may not be able to
solve everything at once, but i, and everyone around the world are
counting on you to make a change.

反对同性恋者的所谓反对理由与言论，有时无脑得令人喷饭吐血。

马来西亚吉隆坡有一牧师的太太在教会常和会友说：同性恋不是天生的，是有些人选择做同性恋！

这些人执意同性恋非先天，在于如果同性恋是先天，非我们可能选择的性取向，那社会或教会就不能攻击或反对同性恋，或以为同性恋不道德了。盖我们不可能要求他人为他所不能选择或控制的行为负上道德的责任。这道理在２１世纪的社会，几乎人人都懂，因此为了反对同性恋，就必须一口咬定同性恋不是天生，是一种可以选择的行为。

说这种话的人根本不了解同性恋。在一个普遍对同性恋带有偏见的社会，同性恋有如过街老鼠，谁要「选择」做同性恋吗？我以前还未承认自己是同性恋，在马来西亚的基督教会算是「红人」，每星期至少到两间教会讲道，但自从我走出来以后，马来西亚没有一个教会愿意邀请我讲道，许多之前称兄道弟的教会朋友，一下不见了。有人表面和我打哈哈，背后把我批得一文不值。我为甚么要「选择做同性恋」，换回如此待遇？

如果同性恋都是自愿选择做同性恋，为甚么还有那么多同性恋要隐瞒自己是同性恋？为甚么有那么多同性恋自欺欺人，甚至躲进异性恋的婚姻里？选择做同性恋到底有什么好处? 这些问题，是那些有脑不用的人不会去想不想去问的。

反对同性恋的人另一「证明」同性恋非天生的理由是：科学家找不到同性恋基因！

如果因为科学家找不到同性恋基因，就可证明同性恋非天生，那他也应反对异性恋，因为至今科学家也没有发现异性恋基因。但许多反对同性恋的人却坚持异性恋是天生，因为如此一来，他们可以发展出由于异性恋是天生，所以自然，因此正常，而同性恋违反人的天性与自然倾向，所以不自然与不正常！这就是他们的逻辑，但可怜自相矛盾。

他们对同性恋说「你们都不是同性恋，都是自己选择要做同性恋的」。 这种言论其实是彻头彻尾的霸道，就有如我明明喜欢吃饭，有人却对我大呼小叫「你喜欢吃面包，你不喜欢吃饭！」。他们以为自己是谁，我肚里的蛔虫？

我是谁我自己不知道，竟然要他来指挥，告诉我我是谁？

马来西亚有一位基督徒律师更糟糕，他说同性恋是错误的，因为在同性恋的性行为中，只有一方爽，另一方不爽！这真是够绝。坦白说，我第一次听到这种白痴言论，真的是一时吓得目瞪口呆，实在很难相信世上有人如此之蠢，而且还是律师！

别的不说，单问这问题就好：你怎么知道同性恋性行为，只有一方爽，一方不爽？你做过吗？就算你做过，你不爽，结果就可结论所有的同性恋性行为都是一方爽一方不爽吗？他凭甚么以自己的不爽来论断所有的同性恋性行为，其中一方都不爽？

律师不可能如此愚蠢，因此这不是霸道又是甚么？！

一个人迷信宗教起来，甚么话都说得出，甚么事都做得出，难怪有宗教信徒把自杀式的杀人行为当圣战。

过去没有多少同性恋敢站出来走出来，结果社会上反对同性恋的人可以霸道得甚么话都说得出口，反正说错了也没有同性恋敢站出来纠正。结果胆大生毛，无耻的话可以说了又说，无知的言论一代传一代。

但现在时代不同了，许多同性恋拒绝沉默，许多同性恋不怕你知道他是同性恋，我们站出来与人辩论，我们以生命见证自己不是不正常，以事实揭穿谎言，从此叫人认识霸权的野蛮、霸道、粗糙和无脑的一面！

When i received this newsletter, immediately i know i have to post it. Kudos to Mr. Oyoung, for voicing out the painstaking struggles homosexuals have to endured in the society due to the narrow thinking of certain parties. It is unfair and unjust to labeled us as freaks for "choosing" to be gay, for we never made any choice, but it is part of who we are all along.

I'm back!

There's no place like home.
Anyway, on a positive note,
i passed my swimming exam!

On a slightly negative note,
i'm still worrying over how my overall results would turn out...

i GOT THE FRIGGING JOB!!!!!

Insomnia

Oh god.
You know that 3:14a.m. rant i typed last night?
Well, guess what, i didn't sleep at all. Man, it's been 25 hours since i crawl out of bed.
Something is seriously wrong with me.

Anyway, exam's over. I'm not sure if it's a period for me to be relief or otherwise,
since i think i tanked almost ALL my papers.
First, novel was a disaster.
Then, Science and Humanities (i mean, wtf does humanities have to do with science to begin with??? Only Tzu Chi can come up with crappy compulsory classes like this.)
And, well, Linguistic was a huge bomb since i couldn't differentiate the difference
between allophones and phonemes, and answer the rest of the questions half minded.
(Mike, are you SURE i have nothing to worry about now?)
French was a disaster, same goes to German.
God, i mixed DREI (3), ZWEI (2), SIEBZIG (70), and SECHZIG (60)!!!!

I just finished watching the latest episode of The Suite Life on Deck
and Hannah Montana.

wasn't i supposed to be focusing on my...exam?
